• Screw Pin Over-Tightening: We prevent thread binding by precision-machining every pin. Our pins can be seated finger-tight and then secured with a small turn of a wrench, ensuring they don't back out under vibration.

• Side-Loading Weakness: For side-loading applications (up to 45°), always use Bow Shackles (G209/G2130). D-Shackles are strictly for straight-line tension—Longze provides clear load-reduction charts for angled rigging.
