❓ Q: Is DIN 934 identical to ISO 4032?

A: No. ISO 4032 nuts are slightly higher than DIN 934 nuts and some sizes have different width across flats. However, DIN 934 remains the most widely requested industrial standard for standard applications.

🔄 Q: What class of nut should I use for a Class 8.8 bolt?

A: Per ISO 898-2, a Class 8 nut (or higher) must be used with a Class 8.8 bolt to ensure the nut does not strip before the bolt reaches its yield point.
