Longze Heavy-Duty Shackles are the critical link in overhead lifting, towing, and securing heavy loads. Manufactured in Yongnian, China, our shackles are drop-forged from high-tensile alloy steel

and quenched and tempered to achieve the perfect balance of strength and ductility. Whether used in industrial rigging or power line installation, our shackles provide a certified safety factor for peace

of mind in the field.

• ✔ WLL Certified Performance: Every shackle is rated for a specific Working Load Limit (WLL) with a standard 4:1 or 6:1 Safety Factor.

• ✔ Drop-Forged Strength: Grain-flow optimized forging ensures no internal voids or brittle points in the bow or pin.

• ✔ Alloy Steel Alloy Pins: High-strength screw pins and bolt-type pins are heat-treated to resist shearing under maximum load.

• Pin Stripping Prevention: We utilize precision-machined threads on our screw pins. Unlike cast alternatives, our forged pins maintain 100% engagement even under vibration or dynamic loading.

• Brittle Failure Control: Shackles used in cold weather can become brittle. Longze performs Charpy V-Notch impact testing to ensure our alloy shackles maintain toughness down to -40°C.

• Deformation Awareness: We stamp each shackle with its WLL and Batch Code. If a shackle body stretches or deforms beyond 10% of its original dimension, it must be retired—our clear markings make inspection easy.

• Screw Pin vs. Bolt Type: We offer Screw Pin shackles for frequent "on/off" applications and Bolt-Type shackles (with nut and cotter pin) for permanent or long-term installations.
